Job Summary
Growing, family owned property management and development company with a large portfolio of historic buildings in business for more than 35 years is seeking individuals with landscape experience, including pruning skills to join our team. Must have a good knowledge of landscaping methods and be proficient with a variety of tools and equipment. Will be expected to perform a variety of tasks including snow removal, lawn care, landscape bed maintenance, assistance with hardscaping and masonry tasks, as well as general labor tasks related to our maintenance and construction efforts, including light construction demo, job-site clean-ups, roof repair, and moving furniture and appliances.

Responsibilities:
- Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws and hedge or brush trimmers.
- Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, snow blowers, chain-saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws
- Water lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans
- Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chainsaws
- Gather and remove litter
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Qualifications:
- Past experience as a landscaper/groundskeeper preferred
- Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools
- Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift 40+ pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of time
- Willing to work in all weather elements
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
